Recording Industry Association of America declared the album gold. The most popular R&B/Hip Hop Albums Billboard chart. Need U Bad topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and Bust Your Windows reached the Top 40. Need U Bad also was Sullivan's sole Number One in the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Sullivan followed this with her second studio album Love Me Back in 2010 that was praised by critics. Following a three-year absence, Sullivan joined RCA Records in 2015. The singer-songwriter released Reality Show as her debut album as a studio release. This was her second number-one album in the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart.
