Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford, born in Bloomsbury (London), was raised by the mother, her grandmother as well as her godparents. Her father was absent from her family. When she was a young girl Ford experienced anxiety related to an obsessional-compulsive disorder. Ford's interest in acting began when she was young. She was a part of the National Youth Theatre. Ford was accepted into the Sylvia Young Theatre School. But after just one few weeks, she realized it was not suitable for her. Ford applied again to Central School of Speech and Drama and, after her fourth attempt, she was finally admitted. Shaun Dingwall - who later appeared as Pete Tyler in Doctor Who - was one of her classmates. Ford completed her degree in 1993 however, by that time she was already making her TV debut on the 1991 season in the show Surgical Spirit; she adopted the name of her professional "Catherine Tate". Tate made appearances on television during the Nineties with shows such as The Bill and Men Behaving Badly. Also, she was a regular performer in the theatre, eventually joining with the Royal Shakespeare Company for its 2000-2001 season. Tate became famous for her stand-up comedy, which were added to Tate's repertoire in 1996.
